Notable cases include the Hillsborough Victims’ Misfeasance Litigation, in which Simon McCarthy was instructed by the Lead Solicitors for the Claimants (Saunders Law) and the Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry, in which Darren Hills was instructed. More recent cases include a Brexit related claim against The Electoral Commission and a number of cases for The Good Law Project, including a high profile claim against the Minister for the Cabinet Office concerning the award of government contracts in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic.
